Your Data Stays with You

When you use Tovo with iCloud sync, we don’t collect any of your personal data. Everything you create or update stays securely within your own iCloud account and syncs across your Apple devices automatically. We never see it.

We may use services to manage subscriptions, identify active or inactive users, and handle in‑app purchases. These services may use anonymized data to provide insights such as renewals, expirations, or cancellations. Your tasks, projects, and content remain completely private to you. If this ever changes, we’ll update this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions accordingly.

In the future, Tovo may be available on platforms other than Apple devices. If and when that happens, we’ll clearly communicate any platform‑specific privacy practices here.

Children’s Privacy

Tovo is designed for all age groups and can be safely used by children, teens, and adults. Since all data stays within your own iCloud account, we do not collect or access any personal information from you or your children.

We also do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by law in your country). If we ever become aware that personal information has been inadvertently provided to us by a child, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to guide and monitor their children’s use of the app to ensure a safe experience.

Legal Compliance

Tovo is designed with privacy in mind. While we do not collect personal data, we aim to comply with applicable privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA. If our practices change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since Tovo does not collect or store personal data, we do not retain, share, or delete user data. All information you create remains securely within your iCloud account and fully under your control.
