Your Data Stays with You

When you use Tovo with iCloud sync, we don’t collect any of your personal data. Everything you create or update stays securely within your own iCloud account and syncs across your Apple devices automatically. We never see it.

We use certain third-party platforms (such as analytics, diagnostics, or performance tools) only to help us understand how the app is performing, improve stability, or promote Tovo externally. These tools may collect anonymized or non-personal data (for example, app launch events, device model, or OS version). They do not give us access to your personal content, and we do not store, share, or read anything you create in the app.

We may integrate third-party SDKs, including the Meta SDK, to help us measure installs, understand app performance, or improve user experience. These SDKs may collect anonymized device and usage data such as app launch events, device model, or error reports.

Data collected by these SDKs is governed by their own privacy policies, not by Tovo.

We do not access or store any personal information collected by these SDKs.

We may also use services to manage subscriptions, identify active/inactive users, and handle in-app purchases. These services may use anonymized data to provide insights on subscription status (e.g. renewals, expirations, cancellations), but again — your content remains completely private.

We may run promotional campaigns through external platforms (like Meta Ads) to help new users discover Tovo. This happens outside the app and does not affect your privacy within the app — we do not show ads, and we do not track your usage for advertising.

We may also track certain anonymous usage events inside the app (like button taps or screen views) purely to understand how people use Tovo and make the experience better. Currently, this is handled using industry-standard analytics tools provided by the Meta SDK.

In the future, Tovo may be available on platforms other than Apple devices. If and when that happens, we’ll ensure platform-specific privacy practices are clearly communicated here.

Children’s Privacy

Tovo is designed for all age groups and can be safely used by children, teens, and adults. Since your data stays on your own iCloud account, we do not collect or access any personal information from you or your children.

We also do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age required by law in your country). If we ever become aware that personal information has been inadvertently provided to us by a child, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to guide and monitor their children’s use of the app to ensure a safe experience.

Legal Compliance

Tovo is designed with privacy in mind. While we do not collect personal data, we aim to comply with applicable privacy laws like the GDPR and CCPA. If any of our practices change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since Tovo does not collect or store any personal data, we do not retain, share, or delete user data. All information you create remains securely within your iCloud account and under your control.
